MEM’s corporate monetary contributions and in-kind donations in 2009, combined with more than $53,000 from our employees, benefited more than 60 organizations throughout Missouri.
MEM sponsors fundraising events and activities that fall within our charitable giving focus areas; support our safe, healthy and injury-free vision; and benefit the economic environment of the communities where our employees live and work.
As a company and individuals, MEM is represented on various organizations and boards throughout the state. Employees use their time and talents to contribute to the organizations’ success and build our communities.
In 2009, 159 employees volunteered approximately 3,000 hours for 60 different activities at more than 35 nonprofit organizations.
