Missouri law allows employers to pay up to $1,000 of medical costs on report-only claims. MEM’s Dimensions Program can help our policyholders earn discounts on those charges—at no additional cost!
MEM’s Dimensions Partner, CorVel Corporation, provides medical bill review that can help keep medical costs on these claims in check.
MEM policyholders can follow these simple steps to reduce medical costs on report-only claims up to $1,000: 1. Forward related medical bills to CorVel noting “$1,000 option” and the claim number on the bill. Mail to: CorVel If the medical provider will not provide the bill to the policyholder, the bill may be forwarded directly to MEM. MEM 2. CorVel will review the bill and apply any additional reductions. 3. CorVel will return the bill to the policyholder with an attached Explanation of Review that outlines the bill’s submitted amount, reduction amount and amount to pay. 4. The policyholder should remit the revised amount directly to the medical provider. Find Out More Questions?
